Proses pengiriman data melalui Aplikasi Dapodikdas 2013-2014 dikenal dengan nama Sinkronisasi. Data telah sinkron apabila data yang ada pada laptop/komputer kita (sekolah) dengan sama dengan data yang diterima server, terutama berkaitan dengan jumlah dan Data PTK, jumlah Rombel, Jumlah dan Data Peserta Didik.

Problem-Based Learning was developed in medical school in Ontario Canada in the 1960s (Barrows, 1996). This strategy was developed in response to the fact that the young doctor who had just graduated from medical school that has a very rich knowledge, but lack the adequate skills to utilize this knowledge in daily practice. Subsequent developments, Problem-Based Learning more widely applied in various subjects in schools and colleges.

Kleil, et al (2009) defines project-based learning (project-based learning) as "the instructional strategy of empowering learners to pursue knowledge on Reviews their own content and demonstrate Reviews their new understandings through a variety of presentation modes". Meanwhile, Intel Corporation (2007) provides a definition of the project-based learning as "an instructional models that Involves students in investigations of compelling problems that culminate in authentic products". A more complete definition of the project-based learning can be found in the opinion of Barell, Baron, and Grant which gives the sense of a Project Based Learning "using authentic, real-world project, based on a highly motivating and engaging question, task, or problem to teach students academic content in the context of working cooperatively to solve the problem "(in Bender, 2012).

To achieve the quality that has been designed in the curriculum documents, instructional activities need to use the principle that: (1) centered on the learner, (2) develop the creativity of learners, (3) creating a fun and challenging conditions, (4) uncharged values, ethics, aesthetics, logic, and kinestetika, and (5) provide a variety of learning experiences through the application of various strategies and fun learning methods, contextual, effective, efficient, and meaningful.

Learning the scientific approach is that the learning process is designed so that learners are actively mengonstruk concept, law or principle through the stages observed (to identify or find the problem), formulate problems, propose or formulate hypotheses, collect data with a variety of techniques, analyzing the data, draw conclusions and communicate concepts, laws or principles "found".

Berdasarkan Informasi yang disampaikan melalui website validasi data guru P2TK dinyatakan bahwa:
- Batas akhir pemutakhiran data yang akan diterima melalui aplikasi Dapodikdas versi 2.05 untuk pengolahan ANEKA TUNJANGAN GURU tahun 2014 adalah tanggal 28 Februari 2014 pukul 23.59 WIB
- Data yang digunakan untuk pengolahan ANEKA TUNJANGAN GURU tahun 2014 adalah data jam mengajar semester 2 (genap) tahun ajaran 2013/2014
