process of education and training that integrates in the production process,
where learners are given experience learning in contextual situations following
the industrial work flow ranging from order-based planning, implementation and
evaluation of product / quality control product, to step of post-production
service.
Production-Based
Education Model And Training is an integrated education and training process in
production process, where learners are given experiential learning in
contextual situation following industrial workflow starting from order-based
planning, implementation and product evaluation / product quality control, to
step of post service production.
Implementation of
Production-Based Education and Training Model focuses on the potential of
students, and the needs of the region to produce professional graduates, and
have high relevance, taking into account the principles of effectiveness and
efficiency. The main target of the use of Production Based Training (PBT)
learning model is that vocational schools vcan
play a role in increasing the potential of regional empowerment to spur
economic growth.
Model of
Production-Based Education and Training to support the development of Teaching
Factory on creative product development subjects. The purpose of using PBT
learning model is to prepare learners to have the competence of work related to
technical competence as well as the ability of cooperation according to the
demands of work organization.
The purpose of
applying the learning model of Production-Based Education Model and Training is

and effective are:

including proximity to economic activities, social and ecological environment.
b. Consider future needs (development of
science and technology, environmental sustainability / sustainability and
community welfare).
